Sarah Chase, LCPO
Sarah has been practicing as a Licensed Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist since 2001. She is certified by the American Board of Certification in Prosthetics & Orthotics as well as licensed to practice in Washington State. Sarah graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Prosthetics & Orthotics.
She completed her Orthotic residency at Connecticut Children’s Medical Center and her Prosthetic residency at Hanger Prosthetics in Newington, Connecticut. She enjoys time with her family and operating BsTextiles, her hobby company.
